Nandita has an experience of close to 19 years both as an OD practitioner and as a consultant, besides that of, leading talent development teams in the manufacturing, Pharma, Manufacturing, IT and ITES sectors both within India and the APJ region.
She has expertise in establishing strategic initiatives in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion as well as Creativity and Innovation apart from leading several organization wide change management initiatives related to ensuring alignment to shifts in strategic direction, mergers and acquisitions and those related to technological disruptions. She has designed OD programs to support business processes and quality centric initiatives like Six Sigma, TPM and Lean manufacturing.

She also has deep expertise in running workshops on written and creative communication for middle to senior level employees. She has worked on cultural assimilation and reconciliation exercises for teams and individuals going through geographical remoteness. She is known for her expertise in deploying andragogy based experiential instructional strategies in her solutions.
Mala is certified on “Creating Leadership in Organizations “ from ATD. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching English (PGDTE)- EFLU, Hyderabad apart from a Masters degree in English Literature.

She has worked with reputed IT MNCs as well as Leading Media Houses, in areas of talent management, leadership & team member development as well as leveraging end to end initiatives to strengthen the leadership pipeline, developing high potentials and other talent pools.

Given her current focus, Neha is a Certified Image Consultant from the Image Consulting Business Institute as well as a Storytelling expert from the International Storytelling Centre-Tennessee University, USA.
Alok is an experienced leader with a career spanning over 17 years in the Services and Manufacturing Industries. He comes in with entrepreneurial proficiency, focused at driving Operational Excellence, Marketing, Public relations, and Training Delivery. He has done extensive work in running process operations with an aim to accomplish organizational vision and strategy, maximizing customer satisfaction through vigorous process acquiescence and engineering process improvement programs.
